Although a marriage celebrant, I am also able to perform funerals, memorials and other celebrations of life, including scattering of ashes ceremonies. As an individual, I have lost several members of my family, including a child, so I will treat you compassionately and be sensitive to your needs. Mourning is a long process - the funeral is just the beginning of that process. However, the ceremony and the people you deal with along the way can gently nurture that process or may hinder it, if not enough attention to detail is given. |

As with all my ceremonies, I work with you to craft a ceremony that is reflective of your beliefs and ideals and your intentions. The ceremony for your family member, friend or partner can include religious elements if you wish, including prayers, blessings and readings from any of the major religions. I am able to do this or you can choose a member of the family or a friend to give the reading. Or you may have spiritual beliefs that do not belong to any organised religion - I am very happy to include these in your ceremony and help to create a ceremony that reflects your beliefs on life and afterlife. |

As your celebrant, you have unlimited consultation time with me up to the date of the ceremony, in person, by telephone or email. I will work with you to make the ceremony meaningful and heartful for you. I will provide you with a certificate of the ceremony afterwards, as well as a copy of the ceremony to keep. |
