Official forms to use if requested by your celebrant or if you are overseas and arranging your ceremony in Australia. You may need to obtain other certificates and you should check with your marriage celebrant regarding this. For example, you may need to obtain a divorce certificate (previously called a decree absolute) from the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia or the Family Law Court of Australia if you have been divorced as you will need to show it to your celebrant before you can marry again.
