As your celebrant, I work in consultation with you to create a ceremony that reflects your values, ideals, your relationship and what you want for your special day - a ceremony that is meaningful for both of you.

Your vows will provide intention and energy to your marriage. It is important that the words of the ceremony feel familiar and comfortable for you. What is it that you love about your partner? What will you promise each other?

This is your opportunity to be as romantic as you want. Or to invoke the angels to surround you and bless your marriage with their presence in your life. To raise the energy with some chanting and bell ringing, return to ancient ways with handfasting and invocations to the elements and directions, or to dress in the most formal white dress and black suit you both will ever own and walk down the aisle of a beautiful country chapel.

You are always welcome to ask me questions and ask for suggestions for your individual wedding ceremony. Together we work on the ceremony and get the details right. We meet in person and keep in contact by telephone and emai or through a chat program (Yahoo or Messenger). Once you have booked my services, I send you an information pack outlining the steps in your wedding ceremony and giving you the resources and support you need to choose your vows and the elements of the ceremony.

Remember to lodge a Notice of Intended Marriage with your celebrant at least one month and one day before your wedding. I will help with this. See Legal Bits and faqs for more information on what you need to bring to our first meeting to lodge the Notice.

It's a good idea to book your celebrant well in advance, to ensure that you can get married on the date you want. Certain dates and times of the year are very busy for weddings so you may need to start organising your wedding service providers early.
